Our team of around 50 employees in Vienna and Premstätten bei Graz is looking for support in the area of knowledge development and distribution.
Therefore we are looking for a skilled Knowledge Manager!

MARMIND is a leading international provider of marketing resource management software for the optimization of resources and ROI in marketing.
By combining plans, budgets and results in one platform, MARMIND enables companies such as Mercedes-Benz, Lufthansa or Otto to gain full control over their marketing.
Your future responsabilities
You will support our team, our customers and partners by setting up and developing our knowledge management strategies. Your tasks include:
- Documentation and standardization: ensuring that all information about the Marmind product, its features and usage, is documented and standardized.
- Creating manuals, FAQ documents, technical documentation and knowledge databases using user-friendly, innovative tools.
- Training and education: Develop and deliver training programs for employees, customers and partners to maximize understanding and use of the product.
- Foster communication between different business units and develop strategies to effectively communicate product updates, best practices and problem solving to customers and partners.
- Feedback management: Collecting and analyzing customer feedback to make improvements to support documentation.
- Continuous development of product documentation and tools.
This is what sets you apart
To be successful in this position, you ideally have the following qualifications and skills:
- Technical and/or business education – focus on marketing is an advantage
- Experience in holistic knowledge management, ideally in the software industry and B2B sector
- Experience with knowledge management and training tools
- Very good written and verbal communication skills as well as strong presentation skills in German and English
- Experience in the planning and implementation of change-projects
- Strong structured working skills with an eye for priorities
- Proactive approach and initiative
