How do you calculate fees?
The total amount you will be paying depends on your license, your Service Level Agreement, and any professional services you may want to add.

Can I upgrade at any time?
Yes, you can upgrade your plan and your Service Level Agreement at any time. You can also downgrade your plan depending on your requirements and the features we have implemented.

How do you count organizational units?
An organizational unit can be a brand, a legal entity, a country, etc. Each edition includes a certain number of organizational units. You can always upgrade to more organizational units.

Does the size of an organizational unit matter?
Yes, we differentiate between SMALL, MEDIUM, and LARGE organizational units when calculating fees.
