This is our monthly update that highlights recent product improvements we’ve made so you can easily stay up to date on what’s new.
All of this should improve your MARMIND experience as much as possible and help you stay on top of your marketing processes.
NOTIFICATIONS: Personal E-Mail settings extended
The personal notification settings have got the following options regarding the grouping of your email notifications:
You can now decide whether you want to receive e-mail notifications of the “E-mail (instant)” section individually or grouped.
Until now, the 2nd option (see below) was the MARMIND default.
The 3rd option groups your MARMIND e-mails not only in time slots, but furthermore per object where the message had its starting point in MARMIND (e.g. a to-do, asset or tree object). This starting point is then also visible in the email’s subject, which makes it easier to assign emails in your email program.
GRID: New column "To-do count
In the Grid view there is a new column “To-do count” for each object type. The column shows the number of to-dos that are saved directly on this object (including sub-to-dos).
Clicking this number opens the to-do list of the respective context in a new browser tab.
GRID: Date filter option "Today"
The Grid can now dynamically compare all date values by “today”. This allows, for example, to create a bookmark that shows only those marketing objects that are valid on the current day.
The following options are available for this:
- Today
- Today or before
- Today or after
- Before today
- After today
MEDIA ASSETS - Asset-References and versioning
Asset references are now no longer linked to their original dependent on the time of referencing. From now on, the most recent version of the “original” asset is always displayed on each reference in MARMIND.
BUGFIXES
PLAN BETA: Filter of custom "Look-up" fields
The filters of the custom fields of the type “Look-up” in the now show all entries of the value lists again.
MEDIA ASSETS: Fixed a preview issue of multilayer TIF files
Some TIF files were not displayed with all layers in the asset preview – this issue was now resolved.
