ASSETS: Pop-up closes automatically after successful upload
To improve the user experience, we made some changes to the asset upload pop-up window. If an upload is successful, the pop-up window will now close automatically. If there was an error during the upload, it will remain open.
This update was made across the following views:
- Asset list view
- Asset grid view
- New version upload in asset details, list, and grid view
- Upload to to-do
- Upload to custom field
ASSETS: New annotation option available
We added a checkmark icon to the icons available for annotations to give you more options when collaborating on assets.
BUDGET & COSTS: Only relevant filter options available
We made some changes to the filter options in the Budget & Cost Grid. Filters for archived/inactive objects will be available if there are entries during the selected time period.
Let’s say you deactivated a spend type for the current period, but you want to be able to go back to the previous period and filter for it. The inactive spend type will be available for filtering if there are any relevant entries. To make it clear that it’s been deactivated, it’ll be a light grey color.
This update applies to the following filters:
- Budget groups
- Spend types
- Object filters
WORKFLOWS: Tooltips and renamed functions
We renamed some of the workflow functions to improve readability. In addition, every function now comes with a tooltip that explains what the function does.
