Based in Vienna and Premstätten near Graz, our team of around 60 dedicated professionals is looking for a Product Owner!

Your future responsibilities

• Market analysis & innovation: Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and emerging trends. Adapt product strategy to align with market changes, working closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO).

• Product management: Define and prioritize product requirements and roadmaps, and maintain the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals.

• Stakeholder communication: Collaborate with customers, partners, and internal teams to gather feedback and translate it into actionable user stories.

• End-to-End Responsibility: You take ownership of the entire product development process – from the initial idea and requirements creation to final quality assurance and product delivery.

• Quality assurance: Approve features to ensure they meet quality standards and maintain market relevance.

• Strategic presentation: Present product progress and strategic updates at the management level, showcasing achievements and upcoming initiatives.

• Product communication: Develop and coordinate product-related content for both internal and external stakeholders, ensuring consistent messaging.

• Product analytics: Analyze user behavior and product performance to identify optimization opportunities, then operationalize improvements to enhance user experience.

This is what sets you apart

• Education: Degree in business administration, marketing, computer science or a related field.

• Experience: Several years of professional experience in software product management, ideally within the marketing technology (MARTECH) sector.

• Knowledge: Deep understanding of MARTECH with knowledge of the Marketing Resource Management (MRM) market being a plus. Familiarity with SaaS product architecture and cloud technologies is essential.

• Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent communication and leadership abilities, creative thinking, and sound decision-making capabilities.

• Methodology: Proven experience with agile methodologies and frameworks, demonstrating a proactive and adaptable approach to project management.
