TO-DOS: Create to-dos from comments
You can now create to-dos from comments, allowing you to create new tasks on the go without having to worry about choosing the right context etc.
Let’s say a co-worker left a comment asking you to create a social media post around an event. Instead of creating a new to-do from scratch, you can simply click the three-dot menu in the comment section and create a to-do from there.
The newly created to-do will be linked to the same context. In the description field, you will find a link to the comment that the to-do is based on.
Similarly, if you create a to-do from a comment that was part of a to-do, the two to-dos will be linked to each other.
ASSETS: Bulk upload new versions of multiple assets
You want to upload new versions of multiple assets at once – without having to open each asset individually?
MARMIND allows you to do just that. You can now select multiple assets and click ‘Upload new asset version’ in the toolbar. A pop-up window will open that allows you to select or drag and drop files.
ASSETS: Export annotations and markers as PDF
You would like export an image and the corresponding annotations and markers for sharing with someone external?
Let’s say you upload an image to MARMIND to get feedback from your team. After everyone has left their comments, you want to share the feedback with someone external, such as an agency that doesn’t have access to MARMIND. The new PDF export function allows you to create a file that contains the image and all comments. You can choose if you would like to include markers, too.
The first page of the PDF includes an image preview with or without markers, depending on what you have selected.
The second page contains general asset information, such as name, asset link, version, export creator and creation date.
The following pages then list all comments and markers, the latter depending on if you have included them or not.
