GENERAL: iFrame Integration
You can now integrate other systems, such as your DAM, PIM, etc., in MARMIND using iFrame.
iFrame integrations will be added to the module bar on the left-hand side.
How to set up the integration: Super admins can go to settings and add a URL and an icon under “External apps”.
Note: This is a simple integration, meaning that it is mainly visual and aims to improve the user experience. You can only add apps that support iFrame, and MARMIND won’t run any automatic synchronizations or security checks. Similarly, iFrame integrations don’t allow for context-based navigation using the MARMIND tree.
TO-DO: Private to-dos
You would like to create to-dos that are only visible to selected users? MARMIND now lets you set to-dos to private, so that they are only visible to the creator, the person responsible, and participants.
While limited in functionality, private to-dos allow for confidentiality. They won’t be included, listed or counted in reports or similar features such as the progress panel.
How to create a private to-do: When creating a new to-do, simply tick the box that says ‘private’. Alternatively, you can use the mail-to-MARMIND functionality using an email address that was specifically created for private to-dos.
Any assets you will upload to a private to-do, will remain private, too.
Private to-dos will be hidden by default using a filter to avoid accidental sharing. You can reset the filter anytime.
Note: If your to-do contains anything that is not appliable to private to-dos, you will not be able to tick the box to make a to-do private.
Once you have made a to-do private, you cannot undo this action. This way, we want to ensure that no sensitive information is made available to others by accident.
Private to-dos are currently only available in the TO-DO module. They will be rolled out to other modules in the near future.
BUDGET & COSTS: In-line editing in the grid
To make the use of MARMIND more efficient, you can now edit the following columns directly in the grid, without opening a pop-up window:
- Costs
- Amount (given that the currency matches the budget planning area currency)
- Period
