Your future responsibilities
- Interface between development, marketing, support and end customer
- Project management in customer projects
- Quality assurance and ongoing customer support
- Support with strategic product planning
- Specification and documentation of customer requirements
This is what sets you apart
- Completed education with a technical background (HTL, university, FH etc.)
- 3 years of professional experience in project management
- Programming knowledge and experience in the integration of systems in the marketing technology stack (DAM, PIM, ERP) is an advantage
- Know-how in the area of sales and marketing processes
- Customer, service-oriented and economic thinking
- High willingness to analyze and conceptualize tasks in detail as well as a solution-oriented way of thinking and working
- High level of organizational and communication skills
- Commitment and enthusiasm
