Your future responsibilities

  • As a Sales Manager, you are the face to our customers. You will confidently present our SaaS solutions to large, often global companies in an initial meeting using an online demo.
  • You are interested in and understand the individual requirements of our customers in the marketing process.
  • You accompany our customers through the entire sales cycle right up to completion and handover to the implementation team or partner.
  • You reliably maintain our CRM system (Hubspot) and keep an eye on a sustainable lead and opportunity-pipeline for your market.
  • You will be in regular contact with existing customers and take care of their concerns.
  • Working with sales and implementation partners in co-sell activities is part of your daily business.
  • You represent MARMIND at events and trade fairs such as OMR or DMEXCO.
  • Travel is generally between 20-30% of your working time.

This is what sets you apart

  • You have experience in selling complex B2B SaaS software solutions preferably in Martech, Fintech and HR-Tech.
  • Knowledge and experience in the integration of systems in the field of marketing technology (DAM, PIM, ERP, marketing automation, CRM) is an advantage.
  • You are skilled in conducting sales conversations with C-level decision-makers.
  • You are fascinated by complex technical solutions and have the ambition to keep up to date with the latest developments and trends.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in German and English are important to us.
  • Customer, service and business-oriented thinking is in your blood.
  • You are ready to play a full part in selling our product and developing our company.
